Hi, I’m Kat.
NASM-CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
I coach individuals who are ready to take their fitness and physique to a level they've never seen before. I teach men and women just like you how to overcome what’s holding them back by creating a fitness plan that enables them to live their healthiest life and become their truest self. My own wellness journey started back in 2013 when I found myself eating leftover chicken fingers from my kid’s plate and drinking a little bit too much chardonnay. At that moment, I saw a version of myself I did not recognize, and I felt embarrassed.
Eventually all my negative self-talk and embarrassment propelled me to do something. I decided to commit to 12 relentless weeks in the gym and I refused to give up. Period. The end result was the most empowering thing I’ve ever experienced. I’ll take you through the same type of 12-week program so you can experience the sense of balance, freedom, and confidence that comes transforming your life.
For me, these practices have become my lifestyle. I no longer struggle with body image like I used to. I’m not perfect, but I know what my body is capable of. Now I like my reflection in the mirror–muscles and flaws combined. You can, too. I believe when we show up, commit to ourselves, and take up space, the negative voices in our head become our super power.
